Perspective
What is visible rarely tells the whole story.
Franda Graves is an Executive and Mentor Coach, Leadership Facilitator and Strategic Resilience Advisor whose work explores what exists beneath visible performance.
Her personal experience with anxiety has sharpened her awareness of the thoughts, pressures and internal negotiations that can remain unspoken even when someone appears highly capable. Introversion has deepened her appreciation for silence, careful observation and the insight that can emerge before words arrive.
Franda works with leaders navigating complexity, responsibility and the pressures that accompany sustained performance. Her coaching creates space to examine what is shaping their decisions, challenge assumptions, and think more clearly about how they want to lead.
Women’s empowerment is a distinct part of Franda’s work. She creates space for women to examine the expectations, roles and narratives that have shaped what they believe they should carry, accept or aspire to. The work invites greater clarity around choice, boundaries, ambition and self-definition—so each woman can decide for herself what she wants to claim, change, protect or pursue.
Franda works with coaching, mentoring and training clients globally, with in-person engagements in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Tanzania, alongside training and facilitation in Qatar, Kuwait and Singapore.
