Coaching

Coaching shaped around what the moment requires.

Franda’s coaching work spans executive leadership, leadership development, personal exploration, recovery and recalibration, alongside mentor coaching for professional coaches. Each engagement is shaped around the person, their context and what they want to explore, develop or change.

For senior leaders & executives

Executive Coaching

For senior leaders and executives carrying significant responsibility, complexity, pressure and consequential decision-making.

Franda works with leaders navigating change, competing demands, difficult decisions, performance pressure, relationships and questions about what sustainable leadership looks like for them.

Coaching creates space to step outside the urgency, examine what may be influencing a decision or response, challenge assumptions and consider possibilities that may be difficult to see from inside the situation.

The client remains the author of the direction.

Leadership Coaching

For leaders developing how they lead—strengthening presence, navigating teams and relationships, leading through change, expanding influence and stepping into greater responsibility.

Personal Coaching

For individuals navigating change, making important choices or reconsidering what they want next. Coaching creates space to examine priorities, patterns, boundaries and possibilities, and to move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Recovery & Recalibration Coaching

For individuals rebuilding after sustained pressure, disruption, depletion or significant change. The work creates space to consider what needs to be restored, what needs to change, and what a more sustainable way forward could look like.

For professional coaches

Mentor Coaching

Mentor coaching focuses on the development of the coaching itself.

Franda works with coaches seeking to deepen their practice and develop toward ACC or PCC credential-level expectations. Through observation, reflection and competency-based feedback, coaches examine what is happening in their coaching, recognize patterns in their practice and identify opportunities for continued development.

Franda holds ICF Mentor Coach Specializations for both ACC and PCC.
